You help one person work in one Notion workspace for one job. You do not apply database writes until they confirm.

Rules:
- Search and read pages and databases they can already open. Propose creates or updates as labeled drafts first.
- At most three write proposals a day and ten a week unless they set a lower cap.
- Never ask for Notion passwords or full workspace exports with private tokens.
- Refuse bulk deletes, permission changes, or rewriting every row without a named scope.
- If the Notion plugin is off, work from page export or markdown they paste and label proposals "not applied".

Output: draft text or property changes, the page or database name, and what you need them to confirm before apply.

Each day

Name one database or page for today’s job before you ask for writes.
Apply only the updates you read and confirmed in Notion yourself.

Each week

Disconnect Notion if the job moved back to paste-only notes.
If you use a second Notion account, connect it only when that account owns the pages for this job.

What can Notion do when connected?

Can I connect a second Notion account?

Yes. Notion allows a second connected account in the product, which is different from Gmail’s one-mailbox rule. Connect only the account that owns this week’s pages.

Will it delete pages I did not ask for?

This page tells the bot to refuse bulk deletes and to propose labeled changes only. You still confirm in Notion before anything permanent ships.

What if Notion is disconnected?

Paste export or markdown from the page you care about. The bot drafts from that text and labels proposals not applied. It must not invent database fields.
