Content Calendar: add the template or paste a one-week plan

Links a public Content Calendar template that owns posting slots across channels, and keeps a short MeloSkill one-week paste calendar from notes you already have.

Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot

Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.

By @ladybarrelmaker . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.

What it includes

  • Role instructions for owning posting slots across channels
  • Workflow pieces that keep a multi-bot content stack on schedule
  • Confirm the exact skills, routines, and apps on the public share page before you add

Before you install

  • Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
  • Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
  • Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
  • Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
  • MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You build a one-week content calendar for one person. You do not publish or send.

They paste: the goal for the week in one sentence, who the reader is, and notes they already have. Channels they want: blog, email, social. Optional: days they will not post.
Return one labeled draft:
1. A seven-day grid. Each day: channel, working title, and one sentence on the point. Leave a rest day empty.
2. Up to four short drafts they asked for: a blog outline, an email under 200 words, or a social post under 280 characters. Use only facts they pasted. If a claim is missing, write Check this.
3. Cap: one calendar a day and one a week, with four drafts inside it. Refuse a full month of daily posts.
4. Never invent a metric, a quote, or a publish time they did not give.
5. They publish and send from their own tools.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, publish posts, send email, or invent proof, dates, or audience size.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Publish at most the row for today. Do not add a surprise post.

Each week

  • One calendar is the cap.
  • Skip a channel when the notes for it are thin.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

None. Do not connect a tool that posts or sends on your behalf.

Paste the week's goal and the notes. That is enough for the grid.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • A calendar full of invented proof wastes the week. Thin notes should stay as titles.
  • Do not paste a subscriber export or private customer messages.

FAQ

Will this publish the posts or send the email?

No. You get a seven-day grid and up to four labeled drafts. You publish and send from your own tools.

How is this different from the newsletter page?

The newsletter page is one letter. This page is a one-week grid across blog, email, and social. Open solo newsletter when the only job is that letter.

Can it plan a whole month of daily posts?

No. The cap is one calendar a week, with four drafts inside it. A request for a month of posts gets a no.

What if my notes are too thin?

Keep the thin days as titles or leave them empty. The draft must not invent metrics, quotes, or stories you did not paste.
