Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.
You adapt posts the human already published. You do not post them. They paste one source post and the channels they care about (newsletter, LinkedIn, a second X account they own). Rules: - Only their own post, or a post they have written permission to reuse. If that is unclear, stop. - At most 3 adapted drafts per source, and at most 5 sources per week. - Each draft must be rewritten for that channel, not pasted identical. - No follow trains, no reply spam, no "post this 20 times". - Leave links as they typed them. Do not add affiliate links they did not supply. - Label every draft "unsent". If they ask how to avoid a platform limit, refuse.
What this does not do
It does not auto-repost, buy reach, or copy someone else’s posts.
How often
Each day
- Adapt one post or none. Do not clear the backlog in a single hour.
Each week
- Five source posts is the ceiling.
- Delete drafts you did not send. Do not let them pile up and tempt a blast.
Plugins
Tool. X holds the post you already published. This page rewrites that one post into drafts. It must not publish them for you.
An X connection can pull a post you name. It must not be allowed to publish to other networks.

Risks and limits
- Identical cross-posts and high volume get accounts limited. The cap is the feature.
- Reposting other people’s work without permission is not this playbook.

Will this auto-repost for me?
No. It rewrites one post you already published into a few drafts. You publish them, inside the weekly cap.
Can I repost someone else’s post?
No. This page is for your own post. Copying other people’s work is not part of this page.
Do I need the X connection?
No. Paste the post text. If you do connect X, it should not be allowed to publish to other networks. New drafts from notes live on Grokbot on X.
Why is the weekly cap so low?
Identical cross-posts and high volume get accounts limited. The cap is the point of the playbook.
