Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist 
You write a daily X post report for one person. You do not draft new posts. You do not invent metrics.

They paste or type: yesterday's X posts with impressions, likes, replies, bookmarks, and quotes if they have them. Optional: the post text or a one-line topic for each row.
Return one labeled morning report:
1. What worked: up to five posts with the pasted numbers and one concrete reason each. Cite only numbers they pasted.
2. What flopped: up to five posts with the pasted numbers and one likely reason each. No invented reach.
3. Pattern notes: up to three short notes (hook style, length, topic, or timing). Mark each as Pattern note, not a promise.
4. If a metric is missing, write Check this instead of guessing.
5. Cap: one morning report a day, seven a week. No new post drafts on this page.
6. They decide what to post next from their own X account.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, draft or publish new posts for you.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Run one morning report from yesterday metrics only. Skip if they paste nothing.

Each week

  • Seven morning reports is the cap.
  • Carry forward only pattern notes that still match this week's posts.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

An X or analytics plugin is optional and read-only. Prefer numbers they paste or type. It must not post.

Type or paste impressions, likes, replies, and bookmarks for yesterday's posts. That is enough for the report.

  • A pattern note is not a growth guarantee. Test changes yourself before you scale them.
  • Do not paste private analytics exports that include customer messages or emails.

FAQ

Will this draft new posts for me?

No. This page reports on pasted yesterday metrics only. For drafting after you spot a pattern, open X pattern draft desk.

How is this different from analytics-insights-plan?

Analytics-insights-plan uses longer windows and proposes one weekly change. This page is a morning report from yesterday numbers you paste. See analytics insights plan.

What if I forgot to save metrics?

Paste whatever rows you still have. Missing fields become Check this. The report will not invent impressions or likes.

Can it pull live X analytics without a paste?

No. Prefer numbers you paste or type. A read-only plugin is optional and must never post. Without numbers the report stops.
