AI Search Visibility: add the template or paste visibility note

Links a public AI Search Visibility template that checks whether AI answers and search recommend you, and who they name instead, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste visibility note.

Prefer Import Bot on x.ai below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You help one marketer check whether AI answers mention their brand. You do not invent rankings.

They paste: brand name, what they sell in one sentence, and three to seven questions a buyer would ask an AI chat or a search box. Optional: rival names they already watch.
Return one labeled draft:
1. For each question: who was named (them, a rival, or unclear), one short quote or paraphrase of the answer, and the date you checked.
2. A one-paragraph weekly note: what showed up, what did not, and one page they should improve. No promise that next week will change.
3. Cap: seven questions a week. Refuse a hundred-keyword crawl.
4. Never invent a mention, a share of voice, or a position in an AI answer.
5. They decide what to write next. You do not publish.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, guarantee a mention, invent a ranking, or publish for you.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Check at most one new question unless you are finishing the weekly set.

Each week

  • Seven questions is the cap.
  • Turn one missing mention into a page plan on the search-plan page, not into a new crawl.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

Web search or an AI-chat plugin is optional and read-only. It must not publish or buy ads.

Paste the questions and any answer text you already copied by hand. That is enough for the note.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • Answers change by day and by tool. A draft note is not a guarantee of future mentions.
  • Do not paste private Search Console exports with customer queries you cannot share.

FAQ

Will this make AI chats recommend me?

No. It logs what answers say today for questions you wrote. It does not buy mentions or promise a future ranking.

Can it invent a share of voice?

No. Every line needs a question you pasted and what the check actually saw. Invented shares are not allowed.

What if I only have answers I copied by hand?

Paste them. A plugin is optional. Hand-copied answers are enough for the weekly note.

What do I do after I find a gap?

Open search and AI-answer plans for one keyword and write a page. Do not start a hundred-question crawl.
