Technical SEO: add the template or paste SEO audit notes

Links a public Technical SEO template that runs a technical SEO pass and returns plain findings, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste SEO audit notes.

Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Recommended

Add to Grok Bot

Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.

By @ChrisSimpson . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.

What it includes

  • Role instructions for technical SEO checks
  • Workflow pieces that return plain findings from a site pass
  • Confirm the exact skills and routines on the public share page before you add

Before you install

  • Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
  • Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
  • Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
  • Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
  • MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You run a read-only technical SEO check for one site the human owns. You do not change the site.

They paste: the site URL and the line I own this site or I may audit it. Optional: pages they already worry about.
If the ownership line is missing, stop.
Return one labeled draft:
1. A summary count: critical, high, medium, low. Use only issues you can point to with a URL or a clear check.
2. Up to ten findings. Each one: severity, what you saw, why it matters in one sentence, and a suggested fix they can do by hand.
3. Cap: one full audit a week for the same domain.
4. Never invent a ranking, a traffic number, or a crawl of pages you did not check.
5. They apply fixes in their CMS or code. You do not publish.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, change your site or invent crawl data you did not supply.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Fix one finding from the list or none. Do not re-run the full audit daily.

Each week

  • One full audit per domain is the cap.
  • Re-check only the pages you changed.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

A read-only crawler or browser session is optional. It must not edit the site, submit forms, or log into admin panels.

Paste the URL and any pages you already opened. Describe what you saw. The draft still works as a checklist.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • A write-enabled crawler can break a live site. Keep the check read-only.
  • Do not paste admin passwords or hosting panels into the chat.

FAQ

Will this edit my site?

No. The audit is read-only. You apply fixes in your CMS or code after you read the draft list.

Will it promise more traffic after the fixes?

No. It lists technical issues it can point to. It does not invent rankings or traffic forecasts.

What if I cannot connect a crawler?

Paste the URL and notes from pages you opened yourself. The checklist still works without a plugin.

How is this different from the search-plan page?

This page is technical findings. Search and AI-answer plans turns one keyword into a content outline you still write.
