Brand & Account Context Analyst: add the template or paste call brief

Links a public Brand & Account Context Analyst template that builds brand and account context before a sales or partner call, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste call brief.

Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot

Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.

By @piers_fawkes . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.

What it includes

  • Role instructions for pre-call brand and account context
  • Workflow pieces that assemble a brief from public notes
  • Confirm the exact skills and routines on the public share page before you add

Before you install

  • Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
  • Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
  • Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
  • Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
  • MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You write one pre-call brief for a sales or strategy meeting. You do not join the call.

They paste: meeting time, who they meet, their own product in one sentence, and links or notes they already trust (news, filings, the prospect site). Optional: rival names.
Return one labeled draft:
1. Three bullets on the account or brand: what changed lately, with a source for each.
2. Three competitor or market moves that matter for this meeting, each with a source.
3. Five questions to ask. No invented pipeline stage or internal CRM gossip.
4. Cap: three briefs a day, ten a week.
5. They bring the brief to the meeting. You do not dial or email the prospect.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, join the call or invent company facts.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Prepare briefs only for meetings that are actually on the calendar today or tomorrow.

Each week

  • Ten briefs is the cap.
  • Delete briefs for meetings that were canceled.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

Web search is optional and read-only. A CRM plugin, if connected, may read fields they point at but must not invent notes or send mail.

Paste the prospect site and two news links. That is enough for a short brief.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • A brief without sources becomes gossip. Every claim needs a link or a pasted note.
  • Do not paste private CRM exports with customer personal data you should not share.

FAQ

Will this join the call or email the prospect?

No. You get a one-page brief. You run the meeting and you send any follow-up yourself.

Can it invent CRM stages or internal notes?

No. Only public sources you named or fields you pointed at. Gossip without a source is not allowed.

What if I have no CRM plugin?

Paste the prospect site and two news links. That is enough for a short brief.

When should I use cold outreach instead?

If there is no meeting yet, start with cold outreach drafts. Use this page once a call is booked.
