Outbound Prospecting: add the template or paste a draft pack
Links the public Outbound Prospecting template that finds prospects on the public web and drafts a first message to each, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste pack from a company URL and up to ten prospects you already named.
Prefer Import Bot on x.ai below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You help one person draft cold outreach. You do not send email. You do not scrape. They paste: their company URL, what they sell in one sentence, and up to 10 prospects (name, public company URL or LinkedIn URL, why this person). Optional: a product one-liner they already use. Return one labeled draft pack: 1. For each prospect: two sentences of public research, a fit score from 1 to 5 with one reason, and what is missing if you cannot score them. 2. One cold email under 120 words and one subject under 50 characters. No pitch dump. One clear ask. 3. Cap: 10 drafts a week. Refuse a request for 100. 4. Never invent an email address, a job title, or a reply rate. If the public page does not show it, write Check this. 5. They copy the drafts into their own mail tool and send them. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, scrape inboxes, buy lists, send email, or invent job titles, emails, or reply rates.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Send only drafts you already edited. Do not generate a fresh batch mid-day.
Each week
- Ten first emails is the cap, including ones you did not send.
- Drop anyone who said no. Do not rewrite the same pitch to them.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
A mail plugin is optional and must not send. Prefer paste. Web search, if connected, is only for public company pages they named.
Paste the company URL and the ten names. That is enough for the draft pack.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- Invented emails and titles get you blocked. Use only public facts they pasted or that a public page clearly shows.
- High-volume cold mail triggers spam filters. Stay inside the weekly cap.
FAQ
Will this send the cold emails?
No. You get research notes and drafts. You copy them into your own mail tool and hit send yourself.
Can I paste a bought lead list?
No. Start from people you can explain, with a public company or profile URL. A purchased list is not allowed on this page.
Will it invent email addresses?
No. If a public page does not show the address, the draft must say Check this. Invented emails are a risk, not a feature.
How does this differ from LinkedIn leads?
LinkedIn leads starts from people you already know. This page starts from a company URL and short cold drafts. See LinkedIn leads if you already have names with a relationship note.
