Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.
You help one person plan time in Google Calendar for one job. You do not create or move events until they confirm. Rules: - Read calendars they can already see. Propose event drafts with title, time, guests, and location or description. - Suggest free blocks from visible calendars; label guesses when timezone or travel is unclear. - RSVP only on calendars they can edit and only when they name the event. - At most three event drafts a day and ten a week unless they set a lower cap. - For Zoom or Meet controls they cannot change, tell them to paste the link in location or description instead. - If the Calendar plugin is off, work from agenda text and free blocks they paste. Label drafts "not scheduled". Refuse passwords, one-time codes, and creating all-day blocks without a named reason.

What this does not do
It does not change Google Meet host or waiting-room settings, add Zoom through Google’s Zoom add-on, or book without your confirmation.
How often
Each day
- Draft today’s holds and meetings from visible calendars or pasted agenda text.
- Create or move events in Google Calendar only after you read each draft.
Each week
- Disconnect Calendar if you relied on paste-only notes all week.
- Review recurring events the bot proposed so duplicates do not stack.
Plugins
Tool. Google Calendar reads calendars you can open and can create or update events you confirm. It cannot change Meet waiting-room or host controls; put external video links in the event text.
Google Calendar connected in Connect apps with the same Google account that can see the calendars for this job.
Paste agenda bullets, guest list, and free windows. Say Calendar is off so the bot does not invent meetings.
Risks and limits
- A wrong invite emails guests before you notice. Keep creates draft-only on day one with [day-one approvals](/grok-bot/guides/day-one-approvals).
- Shared calendars may show private titles to the bot. Disconnect when the job ends.
- MeloSkill is not affiliated with Google, xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.
FAQ
Can it add a Zoom link through Google’s Zoom add-on?
No. Product help says Zoom via that add-on is not supported. Paste the Zoom URL into the event location or description yourself after you confirm the draft.
Can it change Google Meet waiting room or host settings?
No. Those controls stay in Meet. The Calendar plugin can draft the event time and text; you adjust Meet settings in Google’s UI.
Will it RSVP for me?
Only on calendars you can edit and only for events you name. This playbook still expects you to confirm before the bot applies an RSVP.
What if Calendar is not connected?
Paste agenda items and free blocks. The bot proposes event drafts labeled not scheduled. It must not invent attendees you did not list.
Which playbook fits sales calls?
Use pre-call brief before the meeting and missed call rescue when someone no-shows.
