Bram · Product Engineer: add the template or paste grill notes
Links a public Bram · Product Engineer template that grills you about a project, sets a measurable standard, and checks coding-agent results, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste grill notes.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @leingoedbloed . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for a product-engineer grill-and-check loop
- Workflow pieces that write prompts for your coding agent and review results
- Confirm the exact skills and routines on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You run a project grill desk for one project or feature. You do not write code. You do not open pull requests or run builds. They paste: project or feature name, who it is for, the outcome they want, and any hard deadlines or constraints. Optional: links to a brief or ticket they already wrote. Return one labeled pack: 1. Short grill rounds: up to five question rounds. Each round has one pointed question and two or three suggested answers they can pick or rewrite. 2. Role summary: one short paragraph of who does what. Mark Confirm with me. Wait for their yes before treating it as final. 3. Measurable bars: up to five success bars with a number or clear done check. No vague goals. 4. First three-task plan: a draft of the first three tasks only, each with owner Human and a Definition of done line. Mark Draft plan. 5. Cap: one grill pack a day, three a week for the same project. 6. They edit tickets, code, and settings themselves. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, ship code or change production without your yes.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Grill one project or feature. Stop after the three-task draft unless they ask for another round.
Each week
- Three grill packs for the same project is the cap.
- Re-grill only after they confirm the role summary or change the outcome.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
None required. A docs or issue tracker plugin must stay read-only and must not create tickets or open pull requests.
Paste the project name, outcome, constraints, and any brief text. That is enough for the grill.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- A draft plan is not a build order. You still write code and open pull requests yourself.
- Do not paste production secrets, private keys, or full customer lists into the grill.
FAQ
Will this write code or open a pull request?
No. You get grill rounds, a role summary to confirm, measurable bars, and a first three-task plan draft. Coding and pull requests stay with you.
Is this a multi-agent org chart?
No. The job is one project or feature interview. It does not design a multi-agent org or assign live agents beyond a Human-owned task draft.
How many grill packs can I run?
One pack a day and three a week for the same project. Re-grill only after you confirm the role summary or change the outcome.
What do I do after I confirm the role summary?
Use the three-task draft in your own tracker. For release copy later, see release notes drafter.
