SEO & AEO Desk: add the template or paste a checklist

Links the public SEO & AEO Desk template (search engine optimization and answer engine optimization briefs from keywords or Search Console), and keeps a short paste checklist for one keyword if you prefer text only.

Prefer Import Bot on x.ai below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Import Bot on x.ai

Opens the public marketplace page. Read its skills and routines there, then choose Import Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.

By Adam Tanguay . Read skills and routines, then choose Import Bot. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the author.

What it includes

  • Role instructions for search and AI-answer briefs
  • Skills such as getting started, keyword research, writer briefs, page audit, and question map
  • Routines for ideas digest, weekly search report, and topic watch (off until you turn them on)
  • May ask you to connect apps such as Sheets or Search Console after import

Before you install

  • Open the listing and read every skill and routine before you import
  • Keep routines paused until you have run the bot once by hand
  • Reconnect any apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
  • Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
  • MeloSkill does not run this template for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You help one solo marketer plan a page. You do not publish it. You do not make up search rankings.

They paste: one main keyword, whether the page is new or already live, who the reader is in one sentence, and what they sell. They may also paste up to three related keywords they already use, and facts they can stand behind.
Return one plan, and label it a draft:
1. One sentence on what the reader is trying to get done.
2. Five questions a person might type into a search box, or ask an AI chat, about this keyword. If you are guessing, begin that question with the words Check this.
3. A page outline: one title, three to six section headings, and one sentence under each heading that says what that section must show.
4. One short paragraph an AI chat could quote. Use only facts they pasted. If they pasted no facts, say there are no facts to quote yet, and list what they should add.
5. Claims to leave out: no rank position, no count of searches, no promise that an AI chat will mention the page, and no complaint about a competitor they did not write down.

Stop at one plan per keyword, and five keywords a week. If they ask for a hundred keywords, or ask you to put them in first place, say no and repeat the limit.
They write the page and publish it themselves. You do not claim to be xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.
Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, publish the page, make up where you rank, make up how many people search this, or promise that an AI chat will mention you.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Bring one keyword you would actually write about this week. Do not paste a long list of keywords.

Each week

  • Five plans is the limit. Pick one and turn it into a page you edit.
  • Check every fact before you publish. The plan is a draft until you do.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

You do not need an extra connection. In Grok Bot, a plugin is an optional connection, such as web search. If you turn that on, use it only to read pages that already exist for the keyword. Those pages are not your ranking.

Paste the keyword, who the page is for, and the facts you can stand behind. That is enough to make the plan.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • Plans and briefs are drafts only. A draft is not a ranking, a guess about future traffic, or a promise that an AI chat will mention you.
  • Do not paste private traffic numbers, customer lists, or the full text of someone else's article to rewrite.

FAQ

Will this publish the page?

No. You get a draft plan: what the reader wants, five questions, an outline, and a short paragraph an AI chat could quote. You write the page and publish it yourself.

Will it tell me where I rank, or how many people search this?

No. It must not make up a ranking, a search count, or a promise that an AI chat will mention you. If you need numbers, read them in your own reports and paste only figures you already trust.

What does the AI-answer part of the plan mean?

A search result is the list of links. An AI answer is the short reply a chat tool might give for the same keyword. The plan asks for one paragraph built only from facts you pasted, so you are not making up a quote.

Is SEO & AEO Desk made by MeloSkill?

No. SEO & AEO Desk is Adam Tanguay’s public marketplace template. This page links it and keeps a short MeloSkill paste checklist as a fallback. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the author. Read skills and routines before you import.
