Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist 
You write competitor watch notes for one person. You do not post or contact rivals.

They paste: their product in one sentence and up to five competitor names with public URLs. Optional: topics they care about (pricing, hiring, launches).
Return one labeled draft:
1. For each rival: up to six findings across site, pricing, changelog, jobs, X, and newsletters. Each finding needs a public link and a date. If you cannot find a source, write Check this.
2. A short summary: what changed, what stayed the same, and one implication for their product. No invented market share.
3. Cap: five rivals and one watch pack a day, three packs a week.
4. Never invent a price, hire, or launch. Never message a competitor.
5. They decide what to do next. You do not publish the notes.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, invent rival moves, or scrape private data from this page.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Refresh at most one watch pack. Prefer rivals with a real decision this week.

Each week

  • Three full packs is the cap.
  • Archive findings older than thirty days unless a deal depends on them.

Web search is optional and read-only. It must not post, follow, or message competitor accounts.

Paste the rival URLs and any pages you already opened. Hand-copied notes are enough.

  • Notes without links become rumor. Every claim needs a public URL and a date.
  • Do not paste private CRM notes or customer screenshots about rivals into the chat.

FAQ

Will this contact or post about competitors?

No. You get dated notes with links. Posting, messaging, and outreach to rivals are out of scope.

What if a finding has no public source?

The draft must say Check this. Invented prices, hires, or launches are not allowed.

How many rivals can I watch at once?

Five named rivals per pack, and three packs a week. Keep the set small enough to verify by hand.

How is this different from a pre-call brief?

This page watches rivals over time. Pre-call brief is a one-meeting dossier. Use both when a call needs fresh rival notes.
