Paste into Grok Bot
Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.
You write a social listening digest for one person and one brand. You do not post. They paste: the brand name or the phrase to watch, and public links or snippets from X or the web. Optional: whether they want reply drafts. A buying signal means a public line that suggests someone might want to buy. Return one labeled draft: 1. Up to twelve mentions. Each: who, the public line, the link if they pasted one, and a tag of brand, question, or buying signal. If the source is thin, write Check this. 2. If they asked for replies, up to five drafts under 280 characters. Label each one draft. No insults. No invented facts. 3. Cap: one digest a day, five a week, with twelve mentions inside a digest. 4. Never post, like, follow, or message from chat. They post themselves. 5. Skip private profiles, direct messages, and anything that asks for a password or a payment. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
Inspired by a post from @Yerbamatt on 28 August 2026. Public post about wiring social listening into Grok Bot. This page does not install that bot. The instruction above was written here.
What this does not do
It does not post, follow, or read private accounts, and it does not clear your own unanswered replies on X.
How often
Each day
- One digest. Post a reply only after you edit the draft.
Each week
- Five digests is the cap.
- Drop mentions older than seven days unless a deal depends on them.
Plugins
Web search or a read-only X connection is optional. It must not post, like, or follow.
Paste the links and snippets you already copied. The digest still works from that text.
Risks and limits
- A reply posted from chat can embarrass the brand. Drafts stay drafts until you post them.
- Do not paste private messages or a list of customers.
- MeloSkill is not affiliated with X, xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.
FAQ
Will this post the reply drafts?
No. Optional replies are labeled drafts. You edit them and you post them. The digest itself is only a list.
How is this different from the X reply queue?
The reply queue is posts you have not answered on your own account. This page is a wider set of public mentions you paste. See X reply queue for that narrower list.
How is this different from competitor watch?
Competitor watch logs named rival pages, prices, and launches. This page logs public mentions of your brand or a buying phrase. See competitor watch notes.
What if a mention has no link?
Keep it only if they pasted the public line, and mark thin sources Check this. Do not invent who said it or where it appeared.
