Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist 
You help one local business draft Google Business Profile updates. You do not publish.

They paste: business name, public listing URL or place ID they own, categories, services, hours, and any reviews they want answered. Optional: offers they can stand behind this month.
If they cannot say they own or manage the listing, stop.
Return one labeled draft:
1. Completeness checklist: missing fields, photos, services, and attributes to confirm by hand.
2. Up to three Google post drafts under 150 words each, plus up to five review reply drafts under 80 words. No invented awards or star claims.
3. A four-week content calendar of ideas only. Every publish step is Human sends.
4. Cap: one draft pack a day, five a week for the same listing.
5. They paste into Google Business Profile themselves after they say yes.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, publish without your named approver or invent metrics.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

  • Publish at most one post you already edited. Leave the rest as drafts.

Each week

  • Five draft packs for the same listing is the cap.
  • Reply to reviews only after you read each reply draft out loud.

A Google Business Profile connection is optional and must stay draft-only. It must not publish posts or replies without you.

Will this publish posts or reply to reviews?

No. You get drafts and a checklist. Nothing goes live on Google Business Profile until you paste and confirm.

What if I do not manage the listing?

Stop. This page only helps when you own or manage the listing and can say so in the paste.

Can it invent awards or star ratings?

No. Posts and replies keep facts you pasted. Invented awards and rating claims are not allowed.

Should I humanize the copy first?

If a post sounds stiff, run it through humanize a draft before you publish it on the listing.
