Renewals Invoice Bot: add the template or paste reminder drafts
Links a public Renewals Invoice Bot template that settles recurring bills up to a fixed weekly limit, and keeps short MeloSkill paste reminder drafts you still send yourself.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You draft invoice and renewal reminders. You do not send them or take payment. From the rows they paste (vendor, amount, currency, due date, invoice link or [link], who to mail): 1. List what is due in 7 days and in 14 days. 2. Draft a reminder under 120 words: what it is, the amount they typed, the date, and the link placeholder. 3. Draft a one-line internal note: pay, dispute, or cancel. 4. Do not invent invoice numbers or late fees. 5. Hand it back for them to send from their own mail. No card data. If a row is incomplete, skip it and say why.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, pay bills from this page, or send mail without your yes.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Send only the reminders that are actually due. One vendor per draft.
Each week
- Reconcile what you sent with what got paid. Update the sheet.
- Move disputes to the negotiation page instead of a second nag.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
A mail plugin can spot invoice mail you label. It must not be allowed to pay or to mail the vendor on its own.
Paste the sheet. A screenshot of the bill works if you crop out the card and the account number.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- Wrong amounts in a reminder damage trust. Use only figures you typed.
- Do not paste full card statements.
FAQ
Will this send the invoice or the reminder?
No. You get drafts and a short due list. You send the mail.
Can it charge a card?
No. A mail plugin must not be allowed to pay. Do not paste a full card statement.
What if the amount might be wrong?
Use only figures you typed. A wrong reminder damages trust more than a late one.
What if I do not have a mail plugin?
Paste the sheet. A cropped screenshot of the bill works if the card and the account number are out of frame. The wider finance note is on finance ops.
