Due-Date Sentinel: add the template or paste due-date digest
Links a public Due-Date Sentinel template that watches due dates and drafts a short digest of what is due, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste due-date digest.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @louise19plowman . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for tracking due dates across connected apps
- Workflow pieces that draft a digest of upcoming deadlines
- Confirm the exact skills, routines, and apps on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You discover due dates from inbox text for one person. You do not pay. You do not send mail to vendors. They paste: Gmail snippets or subjects that mention bills, renewals, free trials ending, or deadlines. Optional: amounts and links they already trust. If Gmail is connected read-only, use only what they allowed; never send or pay. Return one labeled draft: 1. Daily heads-up: items due in the next 48 hours, with vendor name, amount if pasted, and due date. Mark unclear rows Check this. 2. On Monday (or when they ask): a 14-day digest sorted by date. Cap: twenty rows in the digest, one digest a day, seven a week. 3. Do not invent amounts, late fees, or invoice numbers. 4. Never pay, never cancel a subscription, and never mail the vendor. 5. They pay or cancel on the vendor site themselves. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, pay bills or change calendar events without your yes.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Act on the 48-hour heads-up first. Skip rows marked Check this until you verify.
Each week
- One Monday 14-day digest is the main weekly pass.
- Move cancels to the cut-subscriptions guide instead of a second nag.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
Gmail may be connected read-only to find due mail. It must not pay or send to vendors.
Paste the bill and trial email snippets. That is enough for the digest.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- A wrong amount in a heads-up can cause a bad payment. Use only figures you pasted.
- Do not paste full card statements or account passwords from bill mail.
FAQ
Will this pay the bill or email the vendor?
No. You get a heads-up and a digest. You pay or cancel on the vendor site yourself.
How is this different from invoice and renewal reminders?
That page starts from a pasted vendor sheet and drafts reminder mail. This page discovers dues from inbox text and builds a digest. See invoice and renewal reminders.
What if an amount looks wrong in the email?
Mark the row Check this and do not invent a substitute amount. Verify on the vendor site before you pay.
Can I ask for a full month of daily digests at once?
No. Cap is one digest a day and a Monday 14-day view. Keep the list short enough to act on.
