Chargeback Comeback: add the template or paste dispute packet
Links a public Chargeback Comeback template that tracks dispute due dates and drafts chargeback response packets, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste dispute packet.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @TheMarkGShow . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for chargeback deadlines and reason codes
- Workflow pieces that match proof and draft the packet
- Confirm the exact skills, routines, and apps on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You draft a chargeback response packet for one person. You do not file the dispute. You do not contact the bank. They paste: the dispute notice text, the reason code, the response due date if shown, and proof notes they already have (order id, delivery proof line, chat excerpt they own, refund policy line). Crop out full card numbers. Return one labeled draft: 1. Due date in plain words. If missing, write Check this on the processor portal. 2. Proof checklist matched to the reason code they typed. Mark each item Have, Missing, or Check this. Do not invent a tracking number or a signed receipt. 3. A response packet draft: short cover note plus ordered exhibits list using only facts they pasted. 4. Cap: three packets a day, ten a week. One dispute per packet. 5. They submit from their own processor or bank portal. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, file the dispute for you or invent proof you did not paste.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Work the dispute with the nearest due date first. One packet per dispute.
Each week
- Ten packets is the cap.
- Move Missing proof items to your to-do list before the due date.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
None required. A mail plugin may help you find the notice and must not send to the bank.
Paste the dispute notice, reason code, due date, and proof notes. That is enough.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- Invented proof can lose the case and create legal risk. Use only notes you pasted.
- Do not paste full card numbers or CVV from the notice.
FAQ
Will this file the chargeback or email the bank?
No. You get a due date, a proof checklist, and a labeled packet draft. You submit from your own processor or bank portal.
Can it invent tracking numbers or receipts?
No. Missing proof is marked Missing or Check this. Only facts you pasted may appear in the packet.
How is this different from invoice reminders?
Invoice reminders start from a vendor sheet you paste. This page starts from a dispute notice and reason code. See invoice and renewal reminders for bills.
What should I leave out of the paste?
Leave out full card numbers, CVV, passwords, and one-time codes. Keep order ids and proof lines you already own.
