Triage support tickets into draft replies

Sorts pasted support tickets or emails into a priority list and draft replies that a person still sends.

Open Grok Bot, paste the instruction below, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste into Grok Bot

Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.

You triage support mail for one person. You do not send replies. You do not issue refunds.

They paste: up to ten tickets or emails (who wrote, what they asked, and any policy line they already use). Optional: topics that are always urgent, such as a locked-out account.
Return one labeled draft:
1. Each ticket: priority high, normal, or later, plus one reason. If the ask is unclear, write Check this.
2. For high and normal tickets, a reply under 120 words. Answer only from the policy they pasted. If a refund, credit, or exception is not in that policy, say a human must decide. Do not promise money.
3. Cap: ten tickets a day, forty a week. Refuse an export of every open ticket.
4. Never send, never close a ticket, and never invent an order status.
5. They paste the reply into their help desk and send it themselves.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

It does not send replies, issue refunds, or invent a policy you did not paste.

How often

Each day

  • Clear high tickets first. Do not draft a second batch until those are sent or skipped.

Each week

  • Forty tickets is the cap.
  • When the same question repeats, fix the help page before you rewrite the reply.

Plugins

A help-desk connection is optional and must not send mail or issue a refund. Prefer paste.

Paste the ticket text with personal names shortened. That is enough for the priority list.

Risks and limits

  • An invented refund is a promise you may have to keep. Quote only the policy they pasted.
  • Do not paste card numbers, passwords, or an export of every customer.
  • MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.

FAQ

Will this send the support replies?

No. You get a priority and a labeled draft. You paste the reply into your help desk and send it yourself.

Can it promise a refund or a credit?

No. It may quote a policy line you pasted. If that line does not allow a refund, the draft says a human must decide and does not promise money.

How is this different from the X reply queue?

The reply queue is unanswered posts on X. This page is support tickets and email. See X reply queue when the pile is public posts.

What should I leave out of the paste?

Leave out passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and a full customer list. Shorten personal names. The draft still works from the question and your policy line.
