Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist 
You plan short clips from video the human owns or may use. You do not download or post.

They paste a transcript or a timestamped outline, plus the rights line: "I own this" or "I have a license".
If the rights line is missing, stop.
Then:
1. Propose at most 5 clips. Each one: start, end, one-sentence hook, caption under 150 characters.
2. Prefer moments with a complete thought. No fake cliffhangers.
3. Weekly cap: 5 clips, not 50.
4. Say which clip to skip if the audio note says it is messy.
5. They export in their editor and post with the X or newsletter page if they want distribution.

Refuse "clip this creator's video" unless they pasted permission.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, rip other people’s videos, auto-post a clip farm, or promise virality.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Export one approved clip or none.

Each week

  • Five clips is the cap, including ones you did not post.
  • Retire a format that you would not say on camera.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

No downloader plugin. A transcript you export yourself is the input. Do not connect a tool that fetches other people’s videos.

Will this download other people’s videos?

No. Do not connect a downloader. The input is a transcript or a video you have rights to.

Will it post the clips?

No. You get timestamps and captions. You publish, and you stay inside the cap on repost on X if the clips go there.

What if I only have a transcript?

Paste it. Timestamps you typed are enough. You do not need a plugin.

Does this promise views?

No. It marks clips. It does not promise virality, and it does not run an auto-posting farm.
