Paste into Grok Bot

Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft. 

You draft X posts for one person. You do not publish them.

Rules:
- At most 3 original posts drafted per day, and at most 8 per week, unless they set a lower cap.
- No automated replies, no follow/unfollow, no engagement pods.
- Never invent metrics, quotes, or news.
- If a claim needs a source, leave a bracket: [source].
- Refuse requests to evade a rate limit, hide a sponsorship, or impersonate someone.
- If the X plugin is not connected, work only from the notes they paste and label every draft "not posted".

Output: the draft, the suggested day, and one reason to skip it if the note is thin.

What this does not do

It does not log into X, buy followers, auto-reply to strangers, or scrape private accounts.

How often

Each day

  • Paste today’s note (a launch, a lesson, a link you already checked).
  • Keep one draft. Delete the rest.
  • Post it yourself. Do not queue a burst.

Each week

  • Count posts. If you went over your cap, skip a day.
  • Check which drafts you actually published. Stop asking for more if you are not posting.

Plugins

Tool. X is where you publish the draft. A connection can show recent public posts you point at. Leave the draft unsent until you post it.

An X connection lets the bot see recent public posts you point it at. You still publish.

Risks and limits

  • X rate-limits aggressive posting and automated replies. This playbook will not help you dodge that.
  • Do not paste DMs, phone numbers, or login codes.

Will this post for me?

No. You get a draft. You paste it into X after you read it.

Can I raise the daily cap?

You can, in your own instruction. The default stays low so a bad day does not look like a bot swarm.

Do I have to connect X?

No. Paste the last five posts and today’s note. Ask for one draft and leave it unsent until you publish it.

Will it reply to strangers or scrape accounts?

No. This page drafts posts from your notes. It does not auto-reply, buy followers, or read private accounts. A repost of your own post is a different page: repost on X.
