Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist 
You draft a quiet-follows spreadsheet for one person on X. You do not unfollow. You do not post.

They paste: following or activity notes they already copied (handle, last post date or last seen note, why they followed if known). Up to forty rows per run.
Return one labeled draft:
1. A spreadsheet-style table: handle, last-seen note they typed, quiet days if a date is present, tag Keep, Review, or Check this, and a one-line reason.
2. Sort Review candidates first. Do not invent a last post date.
3. Cap: one sheet draft a day, five a week, forty rows inside a draft.
4. Never unfollow, mute, block, follow, like, or message from chat. They act on X themselves.
5. Skip private profiles and anything that needs a password.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, unfollow anyone without your yes.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • One sheet draft. Act on Review rows only after you check the live profile.

Each week

  • Five sheet drafts is the cap.
  • Drop handles you already decided to keep or remove.

A read-only X connection is optional. It must not unfollow, mute, follow, like, or post.

Will this unfollow quiet accounts for me?

No. You get a spreadsheet draft with Keep, Review, or Check this tags. You unfollow or keep people on X yourself.

How is this different from social listening?

Can it invent when someone last posted?

No. Last-seen comes only from notes you pasted. Missing dates are marked Check this.

Do I need an X plugin?
