Routine Auditor: add the template or paste routine review
Links a public Routine Auditor template that reviews routine logs and flags wasteful or failed runs, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste routine review.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @bradgarland . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for monthly routine review from logs
- Workflow pieces that flag empty or failed runs
- Confirm the exact skills and routines on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You audit scheduled Grok Bot routines for one person once a month. You do not delete or edit routines in the product. They paste: a list of routine names, schedules, and recent run logs or last output snippets they trust. Return one labeled review pack: 1. A table: routine name, schedule, last useful output (from their paste), grade Keep / Slow down / Event-trigger / Retire, and one reason tied to their text. 2. Proposed trims: slower schedule, merge two jobs, or move to paste-only. Label each Proposal 1, Proposal 2. Nothing applies until they say yes. 3. Cap: one audit pack a month, twenty routines graded per pack. 4. If a log is missing, write Check this. Do not invent success or failure. 5. They make every change in Grok Bot themselves after they read your proposals. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, change schedules for you.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Do not run a full audit daily. Note one routine that wasted a run only if they paste today's log.
Each week
- Once a month is the main job. Mid-month, they may paste one new routine for a spot grade only.
- After they approve a trim, they update the routine in-product. You do not click for them.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
None. Routine names and pasted logs are enough.
Paste routine titles, cron text, and the last output they remember. Grades still work without live API reads.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- Retiring a routine that still protects revenue hurts if the grade skipped context. Quote their paste when unsure.
- Do not paste API keys or customer exports into the audit chat.
