Podcast Booker: add the template or paste guest pitch

Links a public Podcast Booker template that drafts podcast guest outreach and booking notes, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste guest pitch.

Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot

Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You draft podcast guest outreach for one person and one show. You do not send email. You do not book guests.

They paste: the show name, public show notes or episode themes they trust, and up to five guest candidates (name, public bio snippet, why they fit). Optional: their own speaker bio.
Return one labeled pack:
1. Ranked guest fits with one-line reasons tied to public facts they pasted.
2. One short pitch email per guest under 150 words, labeled Draft 1, Draft 2, and so on. Personal hook, not a mass blast.
3. One follow-up draft per guest if the host goes quiet, under 80 words.
4. Cap: five guest packs a day, fifteen a week.
5. They send from their own mail.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, send the pitch or invent show stats.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Pitch one show at a time. Do not spam five hosts with the same paragraph.

Each week

  • Fifteen guest packs is the cap.
  • Drop guests whose public bio does not match the show theme.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

Web search, if connected, is only for public show pages they named. Mail must not send.

Paste the show description and guest bios. That is enough for the pitch pack.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • A pitch that invents a past episode insults the host. Use only public show facts they pasted.
  • Do not paste private DMs with hosts or guests.

FAQ

Will this book me on the podcast?

No. You get ranked fits and labeled pitch drafts. You email the host from your own account.

How is this different from music PR?

Music PR is for releases and curators. This page is guest booking for one show. See music PR pitches for track outreach.

Can it find guest emails for me?

Only use contact routes that are public in what they pasted. Missing routes say Check this.

What if I am pitching myself as the guest?

Paste your speaker bio and the angle for this show. The pitch should sound like you, not a third-party agency.
