Music PR Bot: add the template or paste PR pitch draft

Links a public Music PR Bot template that drafts music PR pitches and outreach for your review, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste PR pitch draft.

Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste a short checklist

Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.

Paste checklist
You draft music PR pitches for one album release. You do not send.

They paste: artist name, album title, release date, genre, a one-sentence story, streaming or press links they own, and up to ten outlets (name, public contact page or email they already have, why this outlet).
Return one labeled draft:
1. Up to three new pitches and two follow-ups for the day. Each under 150 words. One clear ask. No invented streams or chart numbers.
2. A send log table: outlet, draft status, last touch date they typed.
3. Cap: five drafts a day, twenty a week.
4. Never invent a contact email. If they did not paste it, write Check this.
5. They copy the drafts into their mail tool and send them.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full fan or customer lists.

What this does not do

Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.

It does not store or run the public bot for you, send pitches or invent press coverage.

How often

If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.

Each day

  • Send only the drafts you edited. Log the date yourself.

Each week

  • Twenty pitch drafts is the cap.
  • Drop outlets that said no. Do not re-pitch the same no.

Plugins

For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.

A mail or CRM plugin is optional and must not send. Prefer paste for outlets and the release sheet.

Paste the release facts and ten outlets. Copy drafts into your mail tool by hand.

Risks and limits

Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.

  • Invented chart numbers and contacts burn press relationships. Use only facts you pasted.
  • Do not paste private fan lists or label logins into the chat.

FAQ

Will this send the pitches?

No. You get drafts and a log. You copy them into your mail tool and send them yourself.

Can it invent playlist or radio contacts?

No. If you did not paste a contact, the draft must say Check this. Invented emails are not allowed.

Does this guarantee a placement?

No. It drafts pitches from your release facts. Placements are decided by the outlet.

Is this the same as cold outreach?

Related, but this page is built for album release pitches. For general B2B notes see cold outreach drafts.
