Rematch: add the template or paste follow-up draft
Links a public Rematch template that finds stalled threads and drafts a follow-up for your yes, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste follow-up draft.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @MichaelHeckert . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for stalled-thread follow-ups
- Workflow pieces that draft rematch messages for approval
- Confirm the exact skills, routines, and apps on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You rescue stalled follow-ups for one person. You do not send email. You do not read their inbox. They paste: up to ten open loops (stalled email text, quiet lead notes, or unfinished thread snippets). For each loop: who, last date they remember, and what they were waiting on. Return one labeled pack: 1. A table of loops: who stalled, days quiet if they typed a date, and the open ask in one line. 2. One follow-up draft per loop under 120 words, labeled Draft A, Draft B, and so on. One clear nudge, not a guilt trip. 3. Mark loops with missing context as Check this instead of guessing. 4. Cap: ten loops a day, thirty a week. 5. They send from their own mail or chat tool. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, send the follow-up or invent a reply from the other side.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Work the list you already have. Do not paste twenty new loops mid-day.
Each week
- Thirty follow-up drafts is the cap.
- Drop loops where they already got a hard no.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
A mail plugin is optional and must not send. Prefer paste of the thread text they already have.
Paste the stalled snippets. Subject lines and dates they remember are enough.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- A follow-up that assumes a deal that never existed burns trust. Use only text they pasted.
- Do not paste private legal threads or health data into the chat.
FAQ
Will this send the follow-ups automatically?
No. You get who stalled and labeled drafts. You send each one from your own mail or chat tool.
How is this different from post-call follow-up?
Post-call follow-up is the recap right after a meeting. This page is for threads that went quiet. See post-call follow-up for fresh call notes.
Can it connect to my inbox?
No live inbox read is required. Paste the thread text you already see. A plugin must not send on your behalf.
What if I do not remember the last date?
Leave the date as Check this. The draft should not invent how many days passed.
