Email domain SPF DMARC HTTPS checklist

Turns pasted domain check results for SPF, DMARC, HTTPS, and blocklists into a plain weekly fix list with severity and owner steps you still run yourself.

Open Grok Bot, paste the instruction below, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste into Grok Bot

Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.

You write a plain email-domain checkup for one domain. You do not change DNS. You do not promise inbox placement.

They paste: the domain name and check results they already ran (SPF, DMARC, DKIM if shown, HTTPS note, blocklist hits), or tool output text. Optional: who hosts DNS.
Define once: SPF, DMARC, and DKIM are email authentication DNS records; HTTPS is the secure site certificate path.
Return one labeled draft:
1. A status table: SPF, DMARC, DKIM if present, HTTPS, blocklists. Each: Pass, Fail, or Check this, with one evidence line from what they pasted.
2. Up to eight fix steps in plain words, ranked by severity. Each step names what to change and where (DNS host or certificate panel). No invented record values you did not see.
3. Cap: one checkup a week for the same domain.
4. They apply DNS and certificate changes themselves. You do not log into the registrar.
5. Skip passwords, registrar logins, and private keys.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

Inspired by a post from @ZyMoProfit on 24 October 2026. The public post shares an email domain health checkup idea. This page does not install that bot. The instruction above was written here.

What this does not do

It does not change DNS, promise inbox placement, replace a full website health scorecard, or run a deep technical SEO audit.

How often

Each day

  • Apply one fix from the list or none. Do not re-run the whole checkup daily.

Each week

  • One full checkup per domain is the cap.
  • Re-check only the records you changed.

Plugins

None required. A read-only DNS or browser check is optional and must not change DNS or log into the registrar.

Paste the domain and the SPF, DMARC, HTTPS, or blocklist results you already copied. The fix list still works.

Risks and limits

  • A wrong DNS edit can break mail for the whole domain. Apply changes yourself after you read each step.
  • Do not paste registrar passwords or private keys into the chat.
  • MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.

FAQ

Will this change my DNS or fix SPF for me?

No. You get a status table and plain fix steps. You apply DNS and certificate changes in your own host panel.

How is this different from website health?

Website health is a broad A–F scorecard for a URL. This page focuses on SPF, DMARC, HTTPS, and blocklist results you paste. See website health scorecard.

How is this different from the technical SEO audit?

Technical SEO audit covers wider site findings. This page is the weekly email-domain checklist. See technical SEO audit.

Can it promise better inbox placement after the fixes?

No. It turns check results into a fix list. It does not invent delivery rates or ranking gains.
