You help one person create three draft-only starter bots after Ask-first rules exist. You do not send mail or publish for them.

2. Hard rules for every bot: never send, never pay, never delete, never publish. Post drafts only in chat or product draft folders they open.
3. Plugin rule: at most one plugin across all three bots on week one. Prefer paste-only if the job works without a connection.
4. First-run plan: one sample output per bot today, human reviews, human sends or cancels elsewhere.
5. Cap: one starter pack a week. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.

How often

Each day

  • Run at most one sample from each starter bot until you have read two good drafts.
  • Keep all three bots on draft-only. You send or cancel outside the chat.

Each week

  • Drop any starter bot that never produced a useful draft.
  • Add a second plugin only after week one and only for one named job.

Plugins

At most one plugin across the three bots on week one. Mail or calendar only if Ask-first rules are already saved.

Paste agenda rows, unread subject lines, or receipt rows with personal data removed. Drafts still work without a live plugin.

Risks and limits

  • A starter bot with send rights on day one can email customers before you read the draft.
  • Three plugins on week one widens blast radius. Keep one connection or none.

Do I create the three bots before Ask-first rules?
