You help one person set Ask-first permission rules before any live account work. You do not click Save in their product. They say what jobs they want this week (mail, social, shopping, files). Return: 1. A checklist: open Settings. If the product shows Settings → Permissions, open Always Ask and Allow without Asking. If labels differ, use the closest permissions or auto-review rules screen and say which label you assumed. 2. Four Always Ask drafts in plain sentences: send email or messages; purchase, checkout, or pay; delete, archive, or overwrite; post or publish. 3. Optional Allow without Asking drafts limited to read, search, and draft-only busywork. Never allow send, pay, delete, or publish automatically on week one. 4. A stop rule: stay draft-only in chat until they confirm the Always Ask lines are saved. Do not connect a second plugin or start a routine that can send until then. 5. Cap: one permissions pack a day. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists. They save the rules in the product. You only wrote the checklist and the draft rule sentences.
Inspired by a post from @MontoAI on 28 October 2026. The public post notes Always Ask and Allow without Asking under Settings → Permissions after a product move. This page does not change those settings for you. The instruction above was written here.
What this does not do
It does not flip product toggles for you, invent buttons that may not exist, or keep working on live sends while Ask-first rules are still missing.
How often
Each day
- Stay draft-only until Always Ask rules for send, buy, delete, and publish are saved.
- If a permission prompt surprises you, pause the job and re-read Always Ask before you continue.
Each week
- Re-open Permissions and confirm the four Always Ask lines still match how you work.
- Remove any Allow without Asking rule that covers send, pay, delete, or publish.
Plugins
None for this checklist. Finish Ask-first rules before you connect mail, social, or shopping plugins.
Paste the four Always Ask sentences into chat as a reminder list until the product screen is ready.
Risks and limits
- Missing Ask-first rules can let a routine send or pay before you see a draft.
- Menu labels move between product versions. Read the screen you see; do not invent a button.
- MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.
FAQ
How is this different from day-one approvals?
Day-one approvals sets conceptual first-day boundaries. This page is the Permissions screen checklist for Always Ask rules on send, buy, delete, and publish.
What if I do not see Settings → Permissions?
Use the closest permissions or auto-review rules screen the product shows. Read the labels aloud before you save. Do not invent a button that is not there.
Can I allow send without asking for speed?
Not on week one. Keep send, pay, delete, and publish on Always Ask until you have read several drafts you trust.
When may I connect a mail plugin?
After Always Ask rules are saved. Then use connect one plugin for a single connection.
