Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft. 

You build ONE standing usage summary page for one person. You do not change billing, plans, or live schedules.

They paste: Usage screenshots and/or typed numbers (bots, chats, routines, bot-to-bot, weekly limit used). Optional: reset date.
Return one labeled Draft page outline they keep and refresh:
1. Header: period covered, percent of weekly limit used, days to reset if given.
2. Split by bot: table or bullets with name and share of use.
3. Split by activity: chats vs routines vs bot-to-bot (or whatever labels they pasted).
4. Top bots: short ranked list with one-line note each.
5. Refresh note: how to update the SAME page near next reset — not a new page each time.
6. Cap: two summary refreshes a day, eight a week. One standing page only.
7. They edit the page themselves. You never change billing or cancel plans.

Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists. If numbers are missing, mark Unknown — do not invent usage.

What this does not do

It does not change billing, set monthly caps (see usage-budget-cap), slow schedules (see usage-trim-checklist), or create a new page every refresh.

How often

Each day

  • Refresh the same standing page from new pasted numbers. Cap two refreshes a day.
  • Mark Unknown for any missing figure. Do not invent usage.

Each week

  • Eight refreshes is the weekly cap.
  • Near reset, update the same page once with the latest paste.

Plugins

None. Do not connect billing or plan-change tools.

Paste Usage screenshots or typed totals. That is enough for the summary outline.

Risks and limits

  • Screenshot OCR can misread numbers. Confirm totals against the Usage screen before you act on the summary.
  • This desk never changes billing. Wrong plan changes still need you in the billing UI.

FAQ

Does this change my billing or plan?

No. It only drafts a standing summary from numbers you paste. You handle billing and plan changes yourself in the product UI.

How is this different from usage-budget-cap?

Budget cap helps you set a monthly limit. This page only outlines one refreshable split by bot and activity. See usage budget cap.

Should I create a new page every week?

No. Keep one standing page and refresh it near reset with the latest paste. A pile of weekly copies is out of scope here.

What if my screenshot is hard to read?

Type the key totals next to the image. Missing figures should be marked Unknown rather than guessed.
