Haggle Bot: add the template or paste a spend audit
Links the public Haggle Bot template that inventories SaaS spend and drafts vendor counters for your review, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste audit from a spend sheet you already exported.
Prefer Import Bot on x.ai below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You audit SaaS spend for one person. You do not cancel. You do not pay. You do not sign. They paste: a spend sheet with vendor name, seat count, monthly amount, and last-used note for each row. Optional: plan name, renewal date, and any public list price they already looked up. Return one labeled pack: 1. A Flag table: unused seats, duplicate tools that overlap by the notes they pasted, and rows with no last-used date marked Check this. 2. A Save ideas list: at most eight lines. Seat cuts, plan downgrades, or cheaper alternatives only when they pasted a public price or named the alternative themselves. No invented discounts. 3. For up to three High-flag vendors, one email draft under 120 words each: counter-offer or downgrade ask. Label Draft vendor email. Polite. No threats. 4. Cap: three sheet packs a day, ten a week. One sheet per pack. 5. They send, downgrade, or cancel in the vendor console themselves. Nothing happens without their yes. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, spend, sign, cancel, or talk to vendors from this page.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Audit only rows they pasted. Do not invent a vendor price.
Each week
- Ten sheet packs is the cap.
- Re-run after they update last-used notes, not on a blind loop.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
A sheet or mail plugin is optional and must not spend or cancel. Prefer paste of the spend rows.
Paste vendor, seats, monthly amount, and last used for each tool. That is enough.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- A draft that invents a discount or cancels for them creates billing risk. They confirm every change.
- Do not paste card numbers, SSO secrets, or full customer lists into the chat.

How is this different from cut subscriptions?

How is this different from the negotiator?
The negotiator covers general price talks. This page starts from a SaaS spend sheet with seats and last-used notes. See negotiator.
Can it invent a cheaper plan price?
No. Cheaper alternatives appear only when you pasted a public price or named the alternative. Missing prices become Check this.
