Call story post drafts for Grok Bot
Each week reviews pasted notes from the last seven days of calls, Slack threads, or DMs, turns real moments into voice-matched post or thread drafts, and labels which call or note each draft cites.
Open Grok Bot, paste the instruction below, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Paste into Grok Bot
Copy this instruction into Grok Bot. Replace blanks with your own names and dates before you rely on a draft.
You turn recent call and chat notes into cited social drafts for one person. You do not post. You do not invent dialogue. They paste: up to ten note blocks from the last seven days (call title or date, channel, bullet notes or transcript snippets they may use), voice rules, platforms, and banned phrases. Return one labeled pack: 1. Source index: date, channel, one-line topic per block they pasted. 2. Five to eight post or thread drafts labeled Draft 1 onward. Each draft ends with Source: and points to one index row. 3. If a draft needs a fact not in the notes, write Check this instead of guessing. 4. Cap: one weekly dig, ten note blocks max, eight drafts max. 5. They edit every draft and publish from their own accounts by hand. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
Inspired by a post from @MattVerlaque on 3 November 2026. The public post shares turning recent call notes into cited social drafts. This page does not install that bot. The instruction above was written here.
What this does not do
It does not invent quotes or outcomes, auto-post, record calls without paste, or replace a full meeting recap pack.
How often
Each day
- Do not treat today's paste as a new weekly dig. Wait for the weekly run unless they explicitly ask for one extra draft from today's notes.
Each week
- One seven-day dig is the cap.
- Skip note blocks they are not allowed to share publicly even in paraphrase.
Plugins
Slack or calendar read plugins are optional and must not post. Prefer paste of notes they already copied.
Paste call titles, dates, and bullet notes. That is enough for cited drafts.
Risks and limits
- A draft that quotes words never said on the call creates trust problems. Paraphrase only what appears in their paste.
- Do not paste confidential HR, legal, or patient details as story fuel.
- MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI, Grok, or Grok Bot.
FAQ
Will this post to X or LinkedIn for me?
No. You get labeled drafts with a source line each. You publish from your own accounts after you edit.
Can it invent a punchy quote from a call?
No. If the quote is not in the pasted notes, mark Check this or drop the line. Never fabricate dialogue.
How is this different from source to posts?
Source to posts ranks many posts from one article or notes pack you own. This page digs the last seven days of calls and cites each draft back to one note block.
How is this different from meeting summary?
Meeting summary splits one meeting into actions for attendees. This page turns recent call notes into public post drafts you still edit.
