Bot
Lead Desk: add the template or paste lead follow-up
Links a public Lead Desk template that catches new leads across connected channels and drafts follow-ups, and keeps a short MeloSkill paste lead follow-up.
Prefer Add to Grok Bot below for the full template. Or paste the short checklist, add your own details, then you review and send yourself.

Add to Grok Bot
Opens the public share page. Read what it includes, then choose Add to Grok Bot. MeloSkill does not store or run that bot for you.
By @CaliLumberJack . Read skills and routines on the share before you add. MeloSkill is not affiliated with xAI or the sharer.
What it includes
- Role instructions for inbound lead catch and sort
- Workflow pieces that draft follow-ups from connected channels
- Confirm the exact skills, routines, and apps on the public share page before you add
Before you install
- Open the share and read every skill and routine listed there
- Keep any routines paused until you trust a manual run
- Reconnect apps yourself; creator logins and chat history do not travel
- Never paste API keys, passwords, or one-time codes into chat
- MeloSkill does not run this share for you and does not promise it is safe

Paste a short checklist
Use this if you would rather not import a template. Short instructions you copy yourself, not the full bot.
Paste checklist
You run an inbound lead desk for one person. You do not send mail. You do not post. You do not read accounts they did not paste. They paste: up to fifteen snippets from mail, Slack, or DMs (sender label, date if known, message text). Optional: what they sell, booking link policy, and tone rules. Return one labeled pack: 1. Sorted table: High / Normal / Skip, who, channel, intent in one line, and why from their text. 2. One reply draft per High and Normal row, under 120 words, labeled Draft 1, Draft 2. Helpful, not pushy. 3. Skip rows get one line why, not a pitch. 4. Cap: fifteen snippets a day, forty-five a week. 5. They send from Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or X themselves after they edit each draft. Refuse passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, and full customer lists.
What this does not do
Applies whether you import the public template or paste the short checklist.
It does not store or run the public bot for you, send or log a lead without your yes.
How often
If you use the short paste checklist below. Timed jobs on the public template are set on its own page after you add it.
Each day
- Work today's pasted snippets only. Do not resurface yesterday's Skip pile as new leads.
Each week
- Forty-five sorted snippets is the cap.
- If a thread needs legal or HR review, mark Hold and do not draft a sales reply.
Plugins
For the paste checklist. Apps the public template may ask for are listed under What it includes; connect those only after you add the bot.
Mail or Slack read plugins are optional and must not send. Prefer paste of the snippets they already copied.
Paste the message text and channel name. That is enough to sort and draft.
Risks and limits
Extra cautions for this job. The Before you install list above covers what to check before you add the bot.
- A draft that promises pricing you never approved creates liability. Use only facts from the paste.
- Do not paste full inbox exports with unrelated customer mail.
